With close to 15 years of experience in the legal field, Emelia Davidson serves as a Licensed Conveyancer at MCB Lawyers, skillfully managing both the deceased estates and conveyancing departments. Her comprehensive knowledge and client-focused approach ensure seamless property transactions and estate administrations.​

• Conveyancing: Overseeing property transactions, including sales and purchases, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth settlements.​

• Deceased Estates: Assisting clients with estate administration, probate applications, and ensuring the decedent’s wishes are honoured efficiently.

Emelia joined MCB Lawyers in 2020, bringing extensive experience from her previous role at a local firm where she assisted across various legal areas, including conveyancing, deceased estates, family law, wills, and estate planning. Her dedication and hard work culminated in her becoming a Licensed Conveyancer in January 2025.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Emelia enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with her son.​
