About Esther

Esther Kiuluku joined MCB Lawyers in February 2025, bringing with her a strong legal foundation and a deep commitment to supporting both clients and the firm with professionalism and care. She holds a Master of Law (Technology, Media & Intellectual Property) and a Bachelor of Laws, and is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.

Esther practiced as a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer in Kenya for two years before relocating to Australia, where she is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor postgraduate degree at the University of Technology Sydney.

Esther plays a key role as the first point of contact for many new clients, offering empathetic, informed support from the outset of their legal journey. Her ability to actively listen and understand individual circumstances helps clients feel reassured, informed, and supported.

In her role, she assists the team with:

• Drafting correspondence

• Preparing and organising disclosure documents

• Collating briefs for court

• Liaising with clients, barristers, and court staff

Her legal training and client service experience make her a vital asset to the firm. She is also committed to ongoing professional development and enjoys working collaboratively with the entire MCB Lawyers team.

Outside of her work at MCB Lawyers, Esther enjoys classical music, baking cakes, travelling, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise.
